Biography

Dr. Julie Radico doctor of psychology, board certified in clinical health psychology, coach, and consultant
Julie Radico, PsyD ABPP

I am a Pennsylvania licensed clinical psychologist, board-certified in clinical health psychology. I have extensive experience in multi-disciplinary, patient-centered clinical care, education, research, wellness, and leadership.

As a dedicated mentor, I work closely with individuals to help them assess their strengths, values, and areas for growth, create SMART personal and career goals, and identify attainable steps for goal achievement. Through compassion and harnessing the interpersonal relationship, I motivate, educate, and collaborate with others.

As a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, an associate professor, and with 10 years of experience in academic medicine, I have first-hand knowledge of the realities that women face working in medicine.

I have expertise in integrated behavioral health, curriculum development and teaching, policy creation, remediation for struggling learners, and direct observation and coaching for medical residents and faculty.

In therapy, I draw from a variety of theoretical orientations with a primary focus on cognitive behavioral techniques. I provide clients with a strengths-based approach to goal pursuit.
